| Hi My name is Tom Agnetti, I was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1971 and lived either in Brooklyn or Staten Island until I was 18, when my family and I moved to the Poconos in PA. After a brief stint in the Navy and Attending the Art Institutes of Philadelphia and Phoenix, I now live in Delaware with my wife and 3 kids. I've always drawn, and just enjoyed how it made me feel to accomplish something and see the pride it gave my parents, however not until the last 10 years or so did I take more risks with my art and stop reading article after article and just started doing. That has been great as now I create from my mind, which is at times scary to me but It makes me actually feel like an artist and not a slave renderer. I am using Painter and Photoshop currently and my dream is to just use my creativity and hopefully get my art out to the public. I am always trying to learn and study other peoples art alot, Hopefully I'll progess each week and eventually be able to just freelance as it is what I love. I know there are so many talented artists out there and would love to be considered one of them. At the end of the day I'm not sure that matters as much as enjoying art and the process of visualizing a new idea and having it come out as what you envisioned. At any rate I'm always open to crits and comments on my work and if I can ever help you in any way just drop me a line. |
